After nation-wide product launch followed by In-store promotion, JIA was being entrusted to held Kiranti Balancea in-store event from the promotion team forming, training and personnel administration, sales reporting, we also make market share analysis per store. Our main challenge is to introduce balancea towards Men because this product not only targeted to woman in-spite of their well known product of Kiranti that has product function. We also gathered data from trialist (sampling program) that would be useful for CRM and gondola-rack space keeping and negotiation to “keep” safe in quantity and visual proportions.
